The company is now looking for an experienced, energetic, smart and self-motivated individual for immediate appointment to fulfill the following position:
Job Title: Senior Executive/Executive, Plant HR
- Drive performance management process and ensure every performance steps are followed through effectively.
- Coordinate & drive recruitment & selection process at plant level.
- Coordinate & drive Training & Development process at plant level.
- Ensure every individual has his/her updated JD’s at place.
- Provide strategic HR support and business partnership to the Operations & SHE Function.
- Review and calculate over time (OT) & Leave of workers and staff on a daily basis and keep records as per compliance requirement & salary process.
- Monitor the facilities of full time transport facilities in terms of maintenance, booking/allocation, oil consumption, log book, route plan and driver's OT for aiming effectiveness in transport department.
- Assist to run disciplinary actions/ domestic inquiry in compliance with Labor Law for the worker against the misconduct.
- Conduct daily floor visits to ensure Leave / Attendance discrepancies are taking place at minimum level in order to support optimum productivity of the production.
- Business graduate preferably BBA or MBA from reputed business institution
- 2 to 3 years inline experience
- Can think / operate strategically
- Strong team player with a can do attitude
- Can make things happen
- Strong interpersonal / communication skills
- Good Presentation skills
